We are hiring management consultants on all seniority levels with competence and experience within Sourcing & Procurement to help our clients address critical challenges related to Sourcing Strategy, Procurement Assessment, Commercial Models & Contracting, Category Management and Supplier Management. In this role, you will support our clients with complex projects including analyses, strategies and implementation – all the way to the actual realization of sustainable business value.
You are a skilled and experienced management consultant, who appreciates problem solving – and you earn the trust of our clients by being committed to excellence in project deliveries as well as in managing client relations.
We also believe that you want to be part of developing our business and capabilites. You will take an active role in our projects along with developing new business and contributing to our work with Insights.
Some travelling will be required for this position.
Track-record of making it happen!
Stakeholder management skills at all levels and across a range of business hierarchies and cultures, with the ability to develop long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Swedish) and capable of adapting approach and style to fit with client’s process and culture.
Commitment to and demonstration of our core values – Excellence, Integrity, Collaboration and Humbleness.
Have experience from Sourcing & Procurement, as a management consultant or from a line role.
Educational background: Master’s degree (Science or Business) or equivalent experience.
