Assignment
- Opticos provided strategy management support in collaborating with business stakeholders (SME and C-suite) and IT management – to define future operating model including; processes (Core, Management and Enabling), roles and responsibilities, steering model, technology requests.
- Opticos helped lead workshops, provide business insights and proposals and support in program management.
- Provided basis for scale, improved control and efficiency/speed by improved ways of working.
