Our Young Professionals Program is designed to introduce talented graduates to the field in a way that is both exciting and efficient. Over the course of a year, you’ll build a strong foundation by combining essential theory with practice.

Our Young Professionals program blends theory with practice, where the theoretical part is divided in four key areas:
Develop essential skills expected of every management consultant.
Learn the fundamentals of the methodologies and frameworks shaping today’s organizations, helping you quickly adopt the client’s language and culture.
Explore Opticos’ expertise areas and client solutions.
Work through client assignments focused on management consulting, strategy, business development, digitalization, sourcing, and IT strategy.
One- or two-year Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field
Business proficiency in Swedish and English
