Learn the fundamentals of the methodologies and frameworks shaping today’s organizations, helping you quickly adopt the client’s language and culture.

Case Studies

Work through client assignments focused on management consulting, strategy, business development, digitalization, sourcing, and IT strategy.

From application to offer:
The journey ahead

We’ve designed a recruitment process that helps us get to know you, and lets you discover what makes our Young Professionals Program a great start to your career.

Step 1: Application Period

Submit your CV, personal letter, and university grades (all in English).

Step 2: First Interview

Attend a personal interview and complete an individual case after initial screening.

Step 3: Group Case

Join us at our Stockholm office to participate in a group case alongside a few of our colleagues.

Step 4: Meeting with Opticos India

Engage in a digital discussion with our team in India to reflect on a selected topic.

Step 5: Final Interview

Meet with members of our management team for the final interview.

Step 6: Job Offer

Receive your official offer and prepare to start in August 2026.

Step 7: Program Start

Begin your journey with an introduction week in August. Meet fellow Young Professionals, explore our Swedish offices, and start your management consulting journey.
