Opticos AB, a leading Nordic management consulting firm headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, welcomes Johanna Hellström as the Sales Director & Head of Financial Services Sector.
Johanna brings over two decades of experience and a proven track record in the financial services industry. Her career spans leadership roles, including Controller at Citigroup, senior positions at IBM Consulting and Gartner Consulting. She has also served as a senior trade organisation representative for the retail banking industry, with a focus on financial and prudential reporting frameworks.
With deep expertise in complex systems implementations, compliance readiness, and cloud transition strategies for large financial institutions, Johanna has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and visionary leader. A Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Institute for Management Accountants, she also brings significant international experience from the UK, Belgium, and Switzerland.
