Our client had launched a new, strategic business plan that reinforced the need for a new IT strategy. This need also included a full re-sourcing of a fit-for purpose IT supplier ready to partake in improving the IT service delivery and supporting the digitalization journey.
Assignment
- Opticos was asked to develop an IT strategy for the client. The work was conducted in close collaboration with both the IT and Group Management Teams.
- Opticos was also asked to lead the sourcing of a new fit-for- purpose supplier following the new IT strategy aiming at reducing run costs, increase service scope, and add necessary capabilities related to the ongoing transformation.
- After signing the new contract, Opticos led the transition of services from incumbent to new supplier.
